FAQ HERE ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
A: Water fed poles this is the method used to clean windows safely from the ground.
A: Pure water is normal tap water that has been filtered by means of D.I crystals(deionisation) or R.O (reverse osmosis) these methods filter out dissolved particles from the water to leave a TDS (total dissolved solids) reading of 000.
A: The windows are left wet to dry naturally, because all contaminants have been removed from the water the window will be left sparkling clean once it has dried.
A: We offer a year round service so this sometimes means that at certain times of the year we will have to clean in inclement weather,contrary to popular belief rain does not affect the quality of clean as rain water is almost pure.
A:Commercial customers will either pay at time of clean and be issued with a reciept or an invoice will be sent and paid by return For residential customers,you will need to either wait until the next visit or you can send payment,at the time of clean a ticket will be left to say which day windows were cleaned and how much you are due.Please pay promptly as we will now only clean your windows twice before payment is due then the service will be suspended until payment is received.
A: Of course,these windows will be cleaned by traditional methods(applicator and squeege)If you need them cleaned please give plenty of notice so we can fit you into our busy daily schedule. |
